Between Reality and Imagination:
Landscapes Reimagined

The exhibition runs from March 8 – May 4, 2025

RECEPTION FOR THE ARTIST:
Saturday, March 8, 4 to 7 pm.

Discover the dynamic fusion of the real and the imagined in an exhibition of new landscape paintings by Larry Groff. This exhibition juxtaposes works painted from direct observation with landscapes conceived entirely from the artist’s imagination, created using the computer and archival prints enhanced with acrylic paint and mixed media. The collection features scenes of San Diego backcountry, urban harbor views, and imaginative pieces inspired by painters such as Corot and Bruegel. Explore this showing of modern, painterly works that blur the lines between reality and imagination.
