Visiones Latinas brings together the powerful voices and unique perspectives of Latino and Latina artists. This exhibition invites viewers into a space where personal history, cultural heritage, and contemporary expression meet. Whether through painting, mixed media, or poetry-infused imagery, these works tell stories that are often overlooked-stories of migration, memory, celebration, and struggle.
The artists represented here challenge stereotypes and expand what it means to create from a Latino identity. Their work does not fit into a single mold. Instead, it reflects the diversity within our communities-bold, quiet, abstract, symbolic, and always deeply human. More than a theme, Visiones Latinas is a collective gesture: a declaration that our voices matter and that our visions, rooted in heritage and transformed by imagination, deserve to be seen.
Visiones Latinas is an exhibition that highlights the voices and visions of Latino and Latina artists-moving beyond clichés and stereotypes to reveal bold, personal expressions of identity, culture, and resilience.
Visiones Latinas es una exposición que destaca las voces y visiones de artistas latinos y latinas, superando clichés y estereotipos para revelar expresiones audaces y personales de identidad, cultura y resiliencia

Her work in fiber is shaped by nature and the seasons.
The colors, textures and patterns in the fabulous and revealing world of resist dyed fabrics and eco-printing express her meditations of the journey in this life.
As she explores new possibilities in her work as an artist, she has found an essential expression of spirit and soul. The soft edges, shapes and shadows left in the fabric; the colors that resonate with the essence of the life experience; the textures that reflect the dynamism and sensuality of life’s richness; all create dynamic, graceful and evocative statements that inspire her to create personal and expressive textiles.
